Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring that their use of the images complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and copyright policies.
To the best of our knowledge, we operate under the assumption that all customer-provided instructions and content requests are for lawful purposes only.
2. AI Limitations & Minor Visual Artifacts
AI image generation is a rapidly evolving technology, and while we strive for high-quality results, minor artifacts, distortions, or inconsistencies may occasionally appear in generated visuals.
These artifacts do not constitute a defect, and customers acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always perfectly match real-world expectations.
3. Revisions & Alterations
Customers may request revisions within the scope defined in their purchased product package.
Revision requests should be reasonable and aligned with the original concept, as AI modifications have technical limitations.
4. No Guarantee of Copyright Exclusivity
AI-generated images are created uniquely per request, but due to the nature of AI training models, there is no guarantee of complete copyright exclusivity.
Customers who require fully original, copyright-registered designs should consult with a legal professional for proper copyright filing.
5. Ethical & Policy Compliance
Suasa Simetrik Sdn. Bhd. does not generate AI content that violates ethical standards, including but not limited to:
Misleading deepfakes or impersonations
Harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Copyright-infringing material
Politically or socially manipulative content
We reserve the right to reject any request that violates our content policies.
6. No Warranties & Indemnification
Suasa Simetrik Sdn. Bhd. does not provide any warranties regarding the suitability of AI-generated images for specific commercial, advertising, or legal use.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Suasa Simetrik Sdn. Bhd. harmless from any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from the use of AI-generated visuals.
By proceeding with any AI-generated design order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above disclaimers.
